  • "Battle Battered" 7th Naval Beach Battalion paint

This "Battle Battered" 7th Naval Beach Battalion version shell is painted with a paint based on the shade used by the US army between 1936 and 1944. With a matte finish, it will tend to become dull over time and wear, just like the original US M1 helmets.

  • "Battle Battered" 7th Naval Beach Battalion texture

The "Battle Battered" 7th Naval Beach Battalion M1 helmet shell is coated with a "cork" texture to closely resemble the original models. This coating was designed to break up the soldier's silhouette and reduce sun glare.

  • "Battle Battered" 7th Naval Beach Battalion chin strap

The infantry chin strap of the M1 helmet is a reproduction made by Mon Casque M1 using woven strap copied from the original model. The metal buckle is of post-war military origin.
