Shipping policy
1. Choice of Carrier
The shipping method is defined by the customer at the time of checkout from the available options (La Poste Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, etc.). Available carriers and rates vary depending on the destination and the total weight of the package.
2. Delivery to a Pickup Point (Important Information)
In the event of selecting a pickup point delivery method: if no specific pickup location has been selected by the buyer after the payment step, a pickup point closest to the provided shipping address will be automatically chosen at the time of shipment to ensure your order is sent as quickly as possible.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping subject to certain purchase amount conditions. The minimum order threshold and the eligible carrier for free shipping vary depending on the destination country. These conditions are automatically calculated in your cart before payment validation. The calculation is based on the net amount (after any discounts) and before applicable taxes.
4. Shipping Times
- Customized Products: Packages including a customized helmet are generally shipped within 15 business days. This period is necessary to ensure the quality of the customization and respect the required drying times.
- Standard Products: Packages that do not include customized products are generally shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Combined Shipping: If your order contains multiple items, they will be combined into a single package whenever possible. The overall shipping time will then be based on the item with the longest lead time.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as the shipping notification is issued. We strongly recommend checking the condition of the packaging upon receipt and notifying the carrier of any anomalies if the package arrives damaged.
6. Delivery Address Errors
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. In the event of an error in the information provided, the costs of re-shipping to the correct address will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
7. Satisfaction and Right of Return
We guarantee customer satisfaction. You have 30 days following receipt to request an exchange or a refund.
- Condition of Products: The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Customized Products: The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products made to the buyer's specifications (customized helmets), except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
- Return Costs: The return of products is at the customer's expense.
