The calculation for free delivery is made before applicable taxes and on reduced prices in case of promotion by promo code or others.
Packages containing a personalized helmet are usually shipped within 15 days following the order to allow us to personalize your helmet while respecting drying and production times. Packages without a personalized helmet are usually shipped within 24 hours following the order.
Your purchases are combined in the same box whenever possible. You can track the journey of each package by the tracking number provided upon notification of shipment.
We guarantee consumer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for a product of equal value or a refund is allowed. The return of the product(s) is at the customer's expense. We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 30 days following the purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.
