The iconic US M1 WW2 fixed-loops helmet of the American troops at the beginning of the conflict. With its legendary silhouette, it is the image of the US soldier during the entire Second World War and until 1985.

Shell

M1 US WW2 Helmet Shell reproduction based on an original Austrian steel shell produced between 1975 and 1990. It has a rear seam and the swivel loops have been replaced with fixed stainless steel models. A pair of OD#3 reproduction helmet chin straps are mounted on these loops. The shell has been sandblasted and repainted in Olive Drab 7, the shade used by the US Army between 1936 and 1944. The shell also features a textured coating due to the addition of cork during the painting process.

Replica Liner

Recent plastic reproduction of the M1-style liner helmet. Similar to the US M1 with a sweatband, front grommet, and brown faux leather chinstrap.

Fiber Liner

Compressed fiber M1 type surplus liner from Belgian origin (ABL). With headband (sweat-band), brown leather chin strap, and neck band. Also features the typical front eyelet of American liners.

Keep in mind

All of our helmet shells are made of steel and are surplus military equipment. Some are over 50 years old. They may show signs of use and aging due to storage. Although they are repainted and refurbished, some evidence of their past use remains visible.

The liner is one size fits all, but can be adjusted in depth and head circumference.
