Original US M-1944 brelage dated 1945 manufactured by the firm "KANAK CO.". Model used for the 1944 and 1945 Field Pack which attaches to the M-1936 belt or the M1 Garand belt . This version of the US strap was introduced after the M-1936 model .

It will fit perfectly into a US WW2 end-of-conflict, Korean War, or early Vietnam war outfit. This strap cannot be worn with the M-1936 musette , the hanging system is intended for the M-1945 Field Combat Pack.
