Shell

This is a M1 infantry US Vietnam type helmet shell, Austrian steel made and produced between 1975 and 1990. It features a rear seam and swivel loops. The helmet comes with a reproduction of Vietnam-type chinstraps in OD#7 color. The helmet shell has been repainted in Olive Drab 7, which was a shade used by the US army between 1936 and 1944. The shell does not have a granular coating and remains smooth.

Fiber Liner

This is a surplus "Helmet Liner Ground Troops Type 1" made from compressed fiber, manufactured in the United States between 1975 and 1980. It features a sweatband to absorb sweat and a three-point neck band, Vietnam version.
