Our Liners

To build a complete US M1 helmet, choose from our two types of helmet liners compatible with our shells. You can choose between a reproduction plastic helmet liner, ideal for reenactment or display, or a genuine fiber helmet liner from Belgian military surplus (ABL), closer to the original models used during World War II and the following decades.

Fiber Liner

Made from military surplus, this compressed fiber liner was manufactured in the 1950s for the Belgian army. A model very similar to the original American liners, it shares their main characteristics: shape, thickness, suspension system, and materials.
Ideal for an authentic look, it will give your US M1 helmet a look faithful to those worn during World War II. Adjustable size thanks to a head circumference and depth adjustment system.

Reproduction Liner

This modern plastic reproduction is an affordable option to complement your US M1 helmet. While it deviates from the original model used by American troops during World War II, it allows for a comfortable fit on a helmet shell at a lower cost. The liner is adjustable for depth and head circumference—an ideal option for budgets or decorative use.

Paratrooper Liner

Designed for reenactments or collections dedicated to airborne troops, this US M1 helmet liner is equipped with two "A-Yokes" to attach a specific chin strap, like the models worn by paratroopers in World War II. It also has side snaps for attaching the chin strap of the helmet shell, in paratrooper configuration. Available in plastic or fiber (ABL type), it is adjustable in depth and head circumference.
