Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return by post
Contact our customer service team at contact@moncasquem1.com to start the return procedure, stating your order number and the details of the item you wish to return. Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a corresponding drop-off point.
Return procedure
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the criteria of our return policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned for reasons of personalisation, clearance sale, promotion or other.
