Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to return your product. Only complete items, in perfect condition and in their original packaging will be accepted. 👉 To initiate a return, please see the detailed terms and conditions below or contact us directly.

Step 1: Declare my return

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Mon Casque M1 . However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it in its original condition .

Return conditions:

  • The item must not have been worn or used.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • It must include all labels and accessories

Return conditions:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to the relevant order.
  • Click on “Request a return”.

Step 2: Prepare my package

Once your application is accepted, you will receive a Colissimo label by email. All you need to do is prepare your package and drop it off at the post office with the label affixed.

Preparing the package

To ensure a smooth return, carefully pack the item in a sturdy box, preferably the original one. Make sure the package is tightly closed and securely sealed with strong tape.

The product must be properly protected to avoid damage during transport. Remember to include all accessories, instructions, and original packaging.

Return postage

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a Colissimo label by email. Print it, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest post office.

If you prefer to post your package yourself, please specify this in the "Comments" box when requesting your return. In this case, consider choosing a tracking shipping method.

Step 3: Refund

If you change your mind or a product isn't right for you, refunding your money is quick and easy. Once we receive and verify the returned items, we'll refund you using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

The refund

You will be refunded upon receipt and verification of your items by our team.

The amount will be credited to you using the payment method used when placing your order: credit card, PayPal, etc. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.

A little help

  • Package your items well to avoid damage during transport.
  • Check that the products are complete (accessories, instructions, labels).
  • Clearly state the reason for the return and the desired action: refund, exchange, or credit. This allows us to process your request promptly.

❌ Personalized items: no returns or exchanges

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized items or items made to customer specifications are neither returned nor exchanged .

This particularly concerns all helmets painted, marked, aged or modified according to your requests, as well as any item made to order.

As each piece is handmade in our workshop, we cannot accept returns on these products, except in the event of an error on our part or an obvious defect.
