🕐 Processing times
  • Non-customised items in stock: dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.
  • Customised items (e.g. restored or painted helmets): require a processing time of up to 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the workshop's workload.

🚚 Delivery methods offered
  • Mondial Relay (pickup point): from €4.90 in France. Free delivery from €150 in mainland France and from €200 in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Poland.
  • Colissimo (home delivery): from €11.90 in France, always charged.
  • Colissimo with signature: recommended for valuable or customised items (charged).
  • Colissimo (pickup point): in France and many other countries (charged).
  • Choosing your pickup point: after payment, on the order confirmation page (selection map), or via the “View my order” link in the confirmation email. If you do not choose one, the pickup point closest to your address is assigned automatically.
  • Other carriers: possible on specific request (contact us after ordering).

🌍 International delivery

We also deliver internationally via:

  • Mondial Relay (pickup point): Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Poland; free delivery from €200.
  • Colissimo International: all destinations, tracking provided, delivery times vary depending on the destination (charged).
  • Delivery is not free to other countries. Other carriers possible on request.

  • France – Mondial Relay and Colissimo: 2 to 4 working days
  • Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands: 3 to 5 working days
  • Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland: 4 to 7 working days
  • Other countries – Colissimo International: delivery times vary depending on the destination
