What are the deadlines for making a helmet?
Your custom US M1 helmet is handmade with careful finishing.
Allow 3 to 4 weeks for production, plus the carrier's delivery time. This lead time allows us to guarantee a result that lives up to your expectations.
What are the manufacturing dates of the helmets?
Most of our heavy helmets come from Austrian and Belgian military surplus .
Manufactured between the 1950s and 1990s, these models follow the same specifications as the original US M1 helmets , making them ideal for historical reenactment or collection.
"Battle Battered", what does it mean?
The Battle Battered range includes US M1 and German helmets hand-patinated for a realistic, aged look inspired by the terrain.
Whether it's a single shell or a complete helmet, each piece is unique and available in a limited edition in our store.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free only to a Mondial Relay pickup point: from €150 in mainland France, and from €200 in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Poland. Colissimo home delivery is always charged, and delivery to other countries is not free.
You choose your pickup point after payment, on the order confirmation page (map); if you do not choose one, the pickup point closest to your address is assigned automatically.

I can't find the insignia I'm looking for?
Not all insignias seen on WWII M1 helmets are yet available on the site.
