It includes a pair of heavy duty OD#7 canvas Type II A Yokes with black round wire adjustment buckles, as well as the semi-tubular rivets and black washer counter rivets to secure the A Yokes to the liner.
These A Yokes were commonly used on M1 liners during the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
