US M1 Liner Drawstring (Lace) – OD#3, Sand or OD#7

Drawstring (lace) for the US M1 liner. This adjustment cord fits into the Riddell-type suspension system of the liner, where it joins the upper suspension straps and adjusts how deep the liner sits on the head. Reproduction of the tubular cotton lace, approximately 27 cm long, for replacing a worn, cut or missing cord.

Three shades are available, matching the different production periods:
Early War — OD#3: light olive drab cotton, the shade of early production.
Late War — OD#3 sand: sand-beige cotton, matching late-war liners.
Post War — OD#7: dark olive drab cotton, the shade adopted after the war.
