M1 Liner Leather Chinstrap - Destock

Leather chinstrap for the US M1 liner, reproduction made by Mon Casque M1. Full-grain cowhide dyed dark tan, reproduced with the "HAGERSTOWN LEATHER COMPANY" stamp and its "H" within a circle. Black adjustable buckle, fits onto the internal studs of the liner.

Seconds — sold as clearance stock. The leather is cracked in one spot, shown in the photographs. The flaw is cosmetic: it does not affect adjustment or how the strap sits on the studs. The strap remains usable for reenactment or for fitting a collection liner, and the cracking will blend into a patina if the strap is aged.
