Reproduction of the US mid-war type chinstrap (1943-1944) color OD#3 with its flat buckle . Ready to be sewn onto your helmet with fixed or swivel loops. This chinstrap for the US M1 helmet will look great on a representative mid-war M1 helmet. The chinstrap strap is made of thick cotton in color OD#3 (sand) and the fittings are made of brass. An essential element of the US M1 helmet, although often worn attached to the back of the helmet or in the camouflage net .

This chin strap is now available in two versions to choose from:

  • Standard : delivered unfinished, to be attached yourself to the loops of your helmet.
  • Pre-sewn : already sewn on one side, you just need to pass the chin strap through the loops for quick installation.
