Semi-Tubular Rivet Liner US M-1

Semi-tubular steel rivet for the M1 liner, available in blackened or bare steel finish. This part is used to restore or repair the Riddell-type suspension system fitted to US liners of the Second World War, the Korean War and the early Vietnam period.

It must be paired with the "A" washer, which secures the suspension straps inside the liner.

Blackened steel: dark finish, close to the appearance of original rivets, ready to fit without further treatment.
Bare steel: untreated surface, to be painted or patinated after fitting so it matches the parts still present on the liner. Bare steel is prone to rust; apply a finish if the liner is to be stored long-term or used outdoors.

Each finish is sold individually for a single repair, in packs of 10 for a full rebuild of one M1 liner's internal suspension, or in packs of 100 for restoring several liners.
